Delivery

The Welsh Rugby Union are keen to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible and at a competitive price. Customers goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days (UK) and 5-15 working days (Europe & Worldwide). We will advise you by email once your order has been dispatched..

We deliver using Fedex for all domestic and overseas deliveries.

**Please note that for 24 hour delivery orders must be made BEFORE 9am.  Deliveries are not made on Saturdays (so if you place your order on a Friday your package will be processed on Monday, and received on Tuesday).

Although we try to get all our items dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

1. Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering dispatched in the period specified on the website.
2. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit / debit card.
3. Shirts requiring additional name and/or number printing services may incur a 2-3 day delay.
4. Occasionally if a product is in particularly high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
5. At particularly busy periods in the year, notably February/March and December, we may acquire a slight backlog of orders. Whilst every effort is made to assure these are dispatched swiftly, a 2-3 day delay may be experienced. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services with any queries regarding the delivery information.
