Refund Policy

Once received, goods which are unsatisfactory or not as described may be returned for a full refund or exchange using the returns form included within the delivery (goods will ONLY be refunded or exchanged under these circumstances).

Simply return the items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.? Items need to be returned in the original packaging (do not remove any tags or labels) and you will need to enclose a copy of the WRU invoice.

Goods are returned at the customer’s expense, unless they are faulty where we will reimburse return postage (postal receipt must be included). Please note a £3 UK/£5 Rest of World re-postage charge (cheque) must be included when exchanging non-faulty returns (returns will not be exchanged if payment is not included).

Please return any product by a postal tracking service (proof of posting is not sufficient); we will not be held liable for parcels lost in the post.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1.1? We are unable to refund or exchange items that have not been cared for correctly or used according to the manufacturers instructions.
1.2? Refunds are not given on sale items, however if the item is faulty, a choice of an exchange or gift vouchers will be offered.
1.3? Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on underwear, CDs or DVDs unless the item is faulty.
1.4? We are unable to exchange or refund a custom printed shirt unless it is faulty. We cannot accept responsibility if a player retires, is omitted from a squad or changes his squad number.

Terms of Service

"Goods" means the Goods (including any installment of the Goods) which Welsh Rugby Union will supply in accordance with these conditions.

"You" means the company, firm, body or person purchasing the "Goods".

“Welsh Rugby Union" means the Welsh Rugby Union including the Welsh Rugby Union Online Shop, registered address; Gate 4, Millennium Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff, CF10 1NS. ?

"Order" means a purchase Order in respect of the Goods issued by the Buyer to Welsh Rugby Union on the Order form set out on the Website by e-mail.


Delivery and Risk
The Goods and Order will be delivered to the address You give when You place your Order.

If delivery cannot be made to your address, Welsh Rugby Union will inform You as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit You for any sum that has been paid by You or debited from your card for delivery.

If delivery of Goods requires a signature from someone at your address to acknowledge receipt and there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the Goods, You will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the Goods by the courier service.

Every effort will be made to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after your Order has been accepted and in any event within 30 days of Welsh Rugby Union confirmation of your Order. However, Welsh Rugby Union will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by You through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery (for example as caused by circumstances out of the Welsh Rugby Union’s reasonable control). In this case, Welsh Rugby Union will inform You as soon as possible of the circumstances.

You will become the owner of the Goods You Ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to You. This will remain the case in respect of any Goods which You return to us under these terms until such time as Welsh Rugby Union has received them back.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel the Contract at any time up to the end of seven workings days after You receive the Goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, You must give written notice to the Welsh Rugby Union Online Shop by hand, post or e-mail, at the address or e-mail address shown on the Website, giving details of the Goods Ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

If You quickly inform us of your intention to cancel your Order we may be able to amend your Order before the Goods have been dispatched to You. If You exercise your right of cancellation after the Goods have been delivered to You, You will be responsible for returning the Goods to Welsh Rugby Union at your own cost. (You will not have to pay for the return of Goods sent to You in error or Goods which are deemed faulty in accordance with information contained herein). The Goods must be returned to the address shown on the Website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged or lost in the meantime or in transit. You should use a recorded delivery service or similar one that requires a receipt where we have sent Goods to You by this method.

Once You have notified Welsh Rugby Union that You are cancelling the contract as indicated above, Welsh Rugby Union will refund or re-credit You within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by You or debited from your credit card for the Goods.

If You do not return the Goods as required, Welsh Rugby Union may charge You a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the Goods.

You do not have the right to cancel the Contract if the Order is for audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by You, or for Custom printed items which by their nature cannot be returned unless faulty.

If, having exercised your right to cancel an Order in accordance with this clause, You require alternative Goods, a completely new Order will need to be submitted. This will provide You with the best level of customer service and ensure that You can receive these alternative Goods as soon as possible without having to wait for us to receive and process your returned Goods. Please note however that, although Welsh Rugby Union will make every effort to fulfill your new Order, as with any Order, Welsh Rugby Union does not guarantee that the replacement items requested will be available due to possible stock shortages.

Warranty and Faulty Goods
All Goods supplied by Welsh Rugby Union are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by You or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer or Welsh Rugby Union, failure to follow the relevant instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer's or Welsh Rugby Union approval.

If the Goods supplied to You develop a defect while under warranty, or You have any other complaint about the Goods, You should notify the Welsh Rugby Union Online Shop in writing at the address or e-mail address shown on the Website. Welsh Rugby Union will only refund return postage costs if the Goods are deemed to be faulty and a receipt of postage is included with the returned Goods. Welsh Rugby Union will notify You of any refunds via e-mail, subject always to your statutory rights.

Refunds after the expiration of the warranty period are only at the discretion of Welsh Rugby Union.
