Delivery Information

The Welsh Rugby Union are keen to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible and at a competitive price. Customers goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days (UK) and 5-15 working days (Europe & Worldwide). We will advise you by email once your order has been dispatched.. Due to the size and for insurance reasons all memorabilia products are changed at a flat rate of £10.00 for UK delivery

We deliver using DPD for all domestic deliveries and International Courer for international shipments.

Prints/Images are sent from a Third Party Company who use Royal Mail.

**Please note that for next day delivery orders must be made BEFORE 9am Monday - Thursday. If standard next day is selected after 9am on friday you will receieve it on Tuesday.
To recieve saturday delievery orders must be made before 9am on Friday. - there is an additional charge for this service.

Although we try to get all our items dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

1. Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering dispatched in the period specified on the website.
2. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit / debit card.
3. Shirts requiring additional name and/or number printing services may incur a 2-3 day delay.
4. Occasionally if a product is in particularly high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
5. At particularly busy periods in the year, notably February/March and December, we may acquire a slight backlog of orders. Whilst every effort is made to assure these are dispatched swiftly, a 2-3 day delay may be experienced. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services with any queries regarding the delivery information.
