Purchases made online at store.wru.co.uk

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from the Welsh Rugby Store you can return it to us up to 28 days from the date of purchase. If an item is sent back to us outwith this 28 day policy, it will be returned to you.


Unfortunately, it is not possible to facilitate an exchange for items bought online, at present the process in place requires the items to be refunded and for a subsequent order to be made. (please note this excludes faulty items or errors made in the fulfilment of your order; in these cases we will do our best to organise a replacement product for you.)

Please make sure the products are in a saleable condition, unworn and with the original packaging and any labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned in an un-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be returned to you. We offer no refund or exchange on any underwear, jewellery or masks unless proven faulty.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2023

We have extended our returns policy for the christmas period; all items purchased between 30.10.23 and 24.12.23 may be returned up to the 21.1.24. Any item returned after the January extension date will not be acceped and will be sent back to you. 

Any items purchased outwith the extended dates will be subject to our usual 28 day return policy

 

Returns procedure;

1. Download and Fill out the returns form

2. Seal the package securely including all packaging and swing tags

3. Post it to the following address;

4. Once received into our warehouse the refund will be processed to the original payment method. (within 7-14 days)

* Returns can also be handed in to our store at Welsh Rugby Store, where they will then be passed on to our online store staff who will process the refund online.

If you are posting items back to us, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt and tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Please note that refunds do not include return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent to you in error.

Items can be returned directly to our store at Welsh Rugby Store or by post to the address shown below. When returning an item, please make sure the items are in in a saleable condition, unworn and with any labels still attached.
