How To Measure

For the CHEST: Measure around the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the WAIST: To measure your waist find the part in the middle between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips passing across hip bone to hip bone and always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

    We bought this for our Grandson this is his second one is first one was a baby size this is his first full kit and looks so cute in it even though we are not Welsh born but Great Great Grandfather was I will bring my Grandson up to support the Welsh Rugby and get up to Cardiff Arm Park one day I will encourage him to play Rugby I love watching and if our Grandson is down I will get him to watch Rugby Union.
