Returns Policy

 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you change your mind about your order or your order is faulty (including items which are unfit for purpose, not what you ordered or not as described online) you can return the item(s) to us for a full refund or exchange using the Returns Form included with your order within 30 days of receipt. If you cannot find your Returns Form you can download one here.

If your order has NOT yet been dispatched you can cancel the order by emailing the team at onlineshop@wru.co.uk. Alternately you can call us us on 02920 822309 and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price or the option to exchange the item(s). If you have already received your order, it will need to be returned to us (at your expense unless the item is faulty) before your refund or exchange can be processed.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels) together with a copy of the original invoice.  

You can also return or exchange items purchased online in the WRU Store on Westgate Street in Cardiff.

 

Error in placing your order 


If you have placed your order and you have made a mistake with the delivery address please email us at onlineshop@wru.co.uk and we can arrange the change with DPD. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size please email us at onlineshop@wru.co.uk and we can change this for you if the product is available. please note during out busy periods we are not always able to amend order changes. 


Postage

If you cancel an order or return an item to us within 14 working days of receipt we will also refund the delivery cost. Items returned after 14 days will receive a refund of the delivery cost only if the item is faulty.

Please note that customers are liable for all posting and packaging costs when returning items unless an item is faulty. In the event that the item is faulty we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs provided a postal receipt is included. Please note a £4.99 UK/ £7 Rest of World re-postage charge (cheque) must be included when exchanging non-faulty returns (returns will not be exchanged if payment is not included). 

Please return all items by a postal tracking service as we will not be held liable for items not received. Proof of posting will not be sufficient.

Exceptions

Please note that the following exceptions apply to this Returns Policy:

1.1 We are unable to refund or exchange items that have not been cared for correctly or used in accordance with   the manufacturer’s instructions.

1.2 Refunds cannot be provided for sale items. If a sale item purchased is faulty, a choice of an exchange or gift vouchers will be offered.

1.3 Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on underwear, CDs, DVDs or any pierced jewellery items unless the item is faulty.

1.4 We are unable to exchange or refund personalised items (such as a shirt that has been custom printed) unless they are faulty or there has we have made an error with the personalisation. Personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded if a player retires, is not selected or changes position and/or his squad number.
