How To Measure

For the CHEST: Measure around the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the WAIST: To measure your waist find the part in the middle between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips passing across hip bone to hip bone and always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Cardiff Rugby 2025/26 Junior Away Replica Shirt. The Cardiff Rugby 2025/26 away replica shirt stands out for its pastel pink base crossed by wide tone-on-tone horizontal bands that add movement and depth to the design. Navy blue inserts on the sides, sleeves, and back define the structure of the garment. The round collar, in the same dark tone, is reinforced on the inside by a tape featuring the phrase 'Strength Through Unity' alternating with its Welsh version 'Nerth Trwy Undod.'
