How To Measure

For the CHEST: Measure around the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the WAIST: To measure your waist find the part in the middle between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips passing across hip bone to hip bone and always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

    A great purchase although I had to exchange my XXL to XXXL so I’m uncertain about size consistency. I purchased a green World Cup way shirt which is a XXL and still fits really well which was an under armour product, so the Macron sizing appears to be smaller.....just a note of warning. Otherwise the shirt is brilliant.

    Best kit design in years I thought but the fit is horrendous, bought the medium size and unless you’ve got trap and neck muscles like Brock Lesnar it’s not going to fit. The back of the collar doesn’t even touch my neck

    I reordered the shirts from my review below.
    As stated before I'm a 46 chest and 38 waist which puts me in a 3xl. I ordered sever shirts and through trial an error found a 2xl fitted and was still comfortable room.
    I would definitely recommend a size smaller than the guide says for supporter fit shirts
