How To Measure

For the CHEST: Measure around the circumference of the fullest part of your chest, always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the WAIST: To measure your waist find the part in the middle between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

For the HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips passing across hip bone to hip bone and always keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

    I have so many red shirts thought I’d try the black this time. It is well made and feels robust with a good collar and material badges instead of iron-on. However I must emphasise you check the Macron sizing because I am usually 2XL but with Macron am 4XL, very different from high street stores. Expensive but it is a quality shirt that looks good.
